Go to Options,
then Email Accounts,
on the e-mail accounts screen click New,
on the choose service screen click E-mail Account then click Next >,
on the auto account setup screen click Manually configure server settings or additional server types,
then click Next>,
on the choose service screen click Internet Email,
on the Internet Email settings screen type your name,
email address,
account type select POP3,
on the incoming mail server type mail.yourdomainname,
on the outgoing server type mail.yourdomainname,
type your email address as username,
type your password,
click more settings,
click the outgoing server tab,
click my outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication,
click Use same settings as my incoming mail server,
click the advanced tab,
on incoming server(POP3) type 110,
on outgoing server (SMTP) type 25,
Under delivery section,
click leave a copy of messages on the server,
then unclick the following 2 options.
